We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express Interac, Cash, and Certified cheques only.

You and not your insurance company are solely responsible for your account. We do not accept assignment of your insurance benefits. Arrangements regarding installment payments must be discussed and arranged ahead of time. Full payment is due on your scheduled appointment date.

Missed Appointments

Unless cancelled at least two business days in advance, we reserve the right to charge for missed appointments at the rate of $50 to the full amount of the scheduled visit. Please help us serve you better by keeping scheduled appointments.

Insurance

Because your employer negotiates a unique insurance plan with your insurance company, it is impossible for us to know exactly what dental services will be covered. Also insurance companies do not inform our office about changes to your plan. Benefit coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company, not our office.

We endeavor to help you get the maximum benefit from your insurance policy by filling out the necessary forms and submitting your claims electronically on your behalf, but we cannot assume responsibility for services not covered by your insurance plan, therefore please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
